CANCELLATION POLICY

🔹 Rescheduling •You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. •Reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee. 🔹 Cancellations •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee. •No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service price. 🔹 Card on File •A valid card must be kept on file to secure all appointments. •If your card is declined, you may be charged at any point within 6 months of the missed service. 🔹 Payment Policy •All fees must be paid within 2 weeks of the missed appointment. •Failure to pay may result in being blocked from future bookings 🔹 Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment! • If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and will be treated as a no-show (100% fee applies). •Repeated lateness may result in being blocked from future bookings
